Definition 3.5 (Dissociated). Let $G$ be a finite abelian group. We say $S\subseteq G$ is dissociated if ${\sum }_{s\in S}{𝜀}_{s}s=0$ for $𝜀\in {\{-1,0,1\}}^{|S|}$, then $𝜀\equiv 0$.
